Dyaco International Integrates E-Bike Business, Establishes “Cikada Technology” to Expand Smart & Sustainable Mobility Footprint
Dyaco announced the integration of its e-bike related businesses, including Dyaco’s E-Bike Division, its subsidiary IUVO Industrial Co., Ltd., and wholly-owned subsidiary Cikayda Global Technology Co., Ltd. Following the restructuring, Cikayda Global Technology will be transformed into the Group’s core platform for e-bike operations and officially renamed Cikada Technology Inc.
Cikada Technology will be wholly owned by Dyaco International, focusing on the R&D, manufacturing, and global marketing of e-bikes. The company will leverage the Group’s strengths in product design, manufacturing craftsmanship, smart control systems, and supply chain management to deliver an efficient and market-attractive product portfolio.

This restructuring will also significantly improve operational efficiency across the Group and lay a solid foundation for future international expansion and long-term strategic development.
